Christmas Party Options

We have several options to choose from starting with 20 people with a simple cruise and dinner aboard the Belle, to a full blown night to remember with a private boat, dinner, trolley pick and return from your location of choice. We can tailor a cruise to fit almost any budget

• Example 1: 100 guest, you choose to rent entire boat on a weekday= $500.00. You choose the one main entrée @ $45.00=$4500.00 you choose a cash bar option, and the use of trolley total $5000.00 =$50.00 per guest

• Example 2: 20 guest seating with general public, with one entrée selection. $900.00 =$45.00 per guest

Private Boat Fee: The Belle of Hot Spring has a Coast Guard passenger rating at 186 + Crew.

• If you book your Christmas Party on a weekday, rental for the entire boat $500.00

• If you book your Christmas Party on a Friday or Saturday, rental for entire boat $1000.00

Private Deck Fee: The Belle has two dining rooms. 1st level is our main dinning room. 2nd level is our over flow dinning room, it has a more casual seating. Both floors have their own Bars, and rest rooms on board.

• If you book your Christmas Party on a weekday $200.00

• If you book your Christmas Party on a Friday or Saturday $500.00

Christmas party with general public $0.00 how ever you will be riding along with public passengers.

2nd CHOOSE YOUR MEAL service OPTION

Self Service Buffet: $40.00 includes tax per guest THIS OPTION IN ONLY AVAILABLE TO GROUP WHO CHOOSE PRIVATE FLOOR OR ENTIRE BOAT RENTAL. - All guest will serve them self. Buffet will include equal portion as main entree- BBQ pork or brisket sandwich, Baked Chicken, Seasoned fried Catfish Bite, along with sides, tea and coffee self service bar

Table side service with one main entree choice: $45.00 includes tax per guest- Guest will be served by wait staff. All guest will receive the same food choice, exception we can provide additional food choices for those with food allergies or specials needs.

Table side service with full main entree choices: $50.00 includes tax per guest- ORGANIZER MUST HAVE A COMPLETE LIST OF MAIN ITEM CHOICE PER GUEST, ALL FOOD IS COOKED TO ORDER. Guest will be served by wait staff and severed their choice of main entree.

Main Entree Food Choices:

• BBQ Sampler Plate
  2 Ribs, slice brisket, serving of pulled pork, and specialty chicken wing, all items are hickory smoked, and served with family recipe BBQ sauce.

• Southern Style Fried Catfish
  2 deep fried fillets with Hush puppies served with tarter sauce.

• Southern Hickory smoked Chicken
  One slow cooked specialty seasoned smoked half chicken.

Included with all meals: Salad, Roll, Hickory smoked Baked Beans, Twice baked mash potato, Corn on the cob, desert

All meals includes your choice Tea or Coffee

Full cash bar-The Belle has two fully stocked bars which your guest may purchase their drinks of choice. We accept cash and credit cards

Bar Tickets-You may purchase drink tickets for your guest. Example some of our groups will purchase 2 drink tickets for each guest, if guest wants more they pay for it from the bar.

Open Bar- We will run a open tab to the amount of your choosing during your cruise, and at the end of the cruise you pay tab.
